Of course, no visit to the Doctor Fish Spa would be complete without a fish foot massage. The Doctor Fish is renowned for its health-giving habits – native to Asian hot springs, it nibbles on the dead skin of feet (not to mention all those tiny bacteria we can’t see), hovering up all the rubbish to leave soles and toes feeling smooth, opened and refreshed.
